Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. After shipment, Standard delivery takes 8–15 business days and Express takes 5–8 business days.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $8.00, or free on orders of $70.00 or more. Express shipping is $15.00.

How do I track my order?

We'll email you a tracking number when your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email support@pawsavor.com as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only before it ships.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email support@pawsavor.com to start a return and we'll send instructions.

Can I return balms, creams, or the cleaning liquid?

Unopened ones, yes. For hygiene reasons, opened balms, creams, and cleaning liquids can't be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If an item is damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover it.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Products

Are your balms and creams safe if my pet licks them?

Our balms and creams are for external use on paw pads (and noses, where noted). Apply a thin layer and distract your pet for a few minutes while it absorbs. If your pet shows any irritation or swallows a large amount, contact your veterinarian.

How do I choose a size for the paw protectors?

Measure the width of your dog's front paw while they're standing and compare it with the size information on the product page. If you're unsure, email us your measurement and we'll help.

Do your products treat medical conditions?

No. Our products are for routine paw care and aren't a substitute for veterinary care. If your pet's paws are cracked, bleeding, swollen, or infected, please see your vet.
